Sexiest Fragrance: Escentric Molecules - Molecule 01 & 02

This is the fragrance that the world has been waiting for. Start turning heads with this amazing “effect” in a bottle.

There is surely a catch when someone walks up to you and says "WOW, you smell amazing"!
This fragrance oozes a lot of sex-appeal. It is also Germany; France and London's most talked about fragrance because it surely will get you noticed and boost your personal magnetism to unbelievable evels.

I am writing this today as a way of bring awareness to this amazing beauty also known as "Cult" Escentric Molecules. Containing only Iso E Super, which on its own is less of an aroma, more an effect. Notice the 'velvet' like sensation and the impact it has on other people as the subtle fragrance vanishes then re-appears.

I look forward to the day that this fragrance will be introduced to the South African market.

Get it, Smell it, Live in it!

I know I can't wait for my next bottle.

How to Say it all with your makeup Application Vs. Aging

Today I want to talk about makeup application vs. ageing. It doesn’t matter if you are a male or a female, when it comes to applying makeup it is wise to have at the back of your mind that makeup is about "Enhancement" this is why over doing it can look terribly wrong...be you 15 or 50 years off age.

Have you ever seen a young girl of 15 with heavily applied makeup? Or a woman of 50 with heavily applied makeup? Well, I have and it doesn't look very nice. Applying a lot of makeup when you are so young can make you look even older; and the same goes for an older woman who applies a lot of makeup, this is sure to add 10 extra years to your face and not so good pushing that far when you're not there yet. So, now I am going to show you the "Don't and the "Dos" of the right makeup for the right age.

Lets begin, shall we?
                              OLDER:   "DON'T"

This makeup right here is "ALL WRONG"! Adding layers of dark shadow on your eyes only brings attention to the wrinkles and what are also very bad are layers and layers of foundation. Believe me; less is so much more when it comes to makeup and mature women. The thing about getting older is that the skin looses its elasticity and lines start to show which makes piling up foundation on your face only going to make it crack like the icing on a cake.
                             "DO" THIS INSTEAD"

First get the right shade foundation that works for you and is not too different from your natural skin tone. Go very light handed with the eyebrow pencil/powder as you are not necessarily drawing. All you want to achieve is to "Enhance" that which you already have. The eye shadow must be natural as this opens up your eyes and gives you a flowy complexion and PLEASE DO AVOID SHIMMER ON THE EYE! Then finish up with the lips. I like to use the lips as a way of bringing attention to the face. Believe me, this works like a charm. 1 pop of colour is most of the times enough for mature women!
                                 "YOUNGER": DON'T
OK! This is just "ALL WRONG"! Everything on her face is just screaming colour! The lip liner is too obvious, she definitely is blushing, and it shows, and she really is going "Green" with the eyes. This makes you not really see how beautiful this girl is and thanks to all the flashes of colour on her face... All I can say is, this too much makeup on her made her look like "SHE IS SCARED" or ABOUT TO CRY!
                           "DO" THIS INSTEAD

The advantages of being younger is that your face is very much the perfect canvas for creating the look you desire if you don't over-do it. Play with shimmer, blusher and mascara but avoid swimming in the bronzer! Sculpt your eyebrows, play with natural colours for highlighting your brow bone, dive in the mascara while avoiding those extremely long lashes and please if you are not sure of what to use... Ask for the help of professionals, visit a good representative counter, yes, there is a MACCOSMETICS counter in almost every city or country but if you can't find any... Please ask top professionals on twitter like @SamFineBeauty, @Makeupbymario for makeup tips and advice.

Thanks for reading and hope to see you again soon!

Lancome Colour Design Pallette in Plums

Check out this amazing new eyeshadow collection from Lancome Paris. I enjoy working with colours and this colour palette is sure to deliver for any skin tone. This silky smooth powders gives a seamless layering of pure colour with the right amount of shimmer and radiant finish.

TIPS: Sweep the highlighter shade across your brow-bone, then apply the second lighter shade on your eyelid, when that is done and "Well Blended" reach for the darker shade at the bottom for contouring your eyes to create dept. For a even more glamourous look, use the darker shade in this pallet as an eyeliner by applying it on your lower lashline then  add a dot to the inner corner of your eyes and finish up with 2 to 3 layers of mascara!

Try this makeup steps and be sure to be the attention of the night!

Thanks for reading :-)

The makeup he wants you to wear on a date

I have promised to come back with updates of the right way to look for a date. Now, I am here to give you the right tips to get him to seal the date and ask for a second, third and fourth!
                            LETS GO........!

                          MAKEUP APPLICATION "DOs"
I enjoy dating but since I don't date anymore (Shhhhh... don't ask why) I still enjoy hearing my friends and clients talk about dating and seeking my professional makeup opinion. Yes! Again, Love it! So, now I'm going to share with you the right looks for going out on that special date, the right products that will give you the all night/day confidence that you need, and you won't have to worry about your makeup.
(1) FOUNDATION:  In my opinion, the first most important part of makeup is the right foundation! I have always been a MAC & Makeup Forever Fan and believe those 2 products have enough range to cater for skins from lightest to darkest skin types. TIPS: Before investing on any makeup product. Go to their nearest makeup counter and get the right shade that works for YOU! It is always wise to start with a Primer/Mattifier as this makeup your makeup stay on without interferring with your skin sebum production.
(2)EYEBROWS: The second most important part of makeup is the "Eyebrows". This might sound like a cliche but it is true that your brows are the frame of the eyes (If not all your face) and it is extremely important that you get the right eyebrow Colour, and Shape that fits your face. TIPS: Get an eyebrow pencil that is 1 or 2 shades lighter than your natural hair colour as this makes it look less drawn on. Then (Like I normally do) Use an eyebrow powder to set the the applied pencil as this makes it look even more natural. This can be a tricky process as if you over-do it, your brows can look very heavily applied. Remember, Less is more! If you don't have an eyebrow powder, you can also your the right "Matte" powder from your eye shadow pallette and sketch away! :-)
(3)EYESHADOW: A natural look is the absolute way to go when it comes to dating. I always like the natural look because it is all about enhancement and the right natual shades of eyeshdow will give you just that with the illusion on nothing extra and really opens up your eyes for just enough flirting :-) (Love it) TIPS: Use an eyeshadow that is 1 shade lighter than your skin tone to highlight your brow-bone, blend it all the way to your crease until you see that is is well blended and gives you that perfect balance. Use a very close shimmer powder to highlight the tips of your eyes for that extra glow and finish it up with as much mascara as you desire with the attention to avoid creasing.
(4) LIPS: Your lips play a very important roll with your natural look. You can decide for you which lips suits your natural looking eyes. Line your lips with 2 to 3 shades darker than your natural lips colour and add the lip colour of your choice. TIPS: Dap a bit of powder on your lip to give it nice and flowy look as it helps the lipstick sit better. Use a nude lipstick to give your face that all-round natural look. Then when its time for the night-out, give your natural look that edge by using a bright colour lipstick as it brings the attention of to your face and amplifies the makeup. Use a clean tissue paper and clamp your lips together, this helps to avoid the tragic Oops of having a lipstick on your teeth (That can look VERY Bad)
(5)MATTE BRONZER: Now, after all the steps of your perfect makeup look. Finish up with some bronzer to highlight your cheek-bone, jaw, fore-head and T-zone to seal up your makeup and for that extra glow. TIPS: Do not splash your bronzer all over your face as this is just to makeup you sparkle a little bit more but not as shiny as the disco ball. I like to use bronzer as blush as this makes your makeup flow together and accentuate your features.

(6) MY FINAL TIPS: Remember that applying  makeup is like painting like an artist. The right makeup tools are just as important as the makeup itself. Get the right brushes for different use but if you cannot afford all the brushes that you need, I advise that you use your brush from Light shades to Dark shades as this will help you avoid having to clean brushes between applications.

Thank you for reading so far. I hope that you enjoyed reading. Please feel free to add your opinion as I will be happy to hear from you!

Fashion mistakes he's never told you: Errors VS. Dating

I know I have talked about Makeup errors and dating and promised to add tips to avoid those makeup mistakes before going on a date. But another very important issue came to my mind. FASHION!

Yes! We've all been there and trust me, I am no saint.

Why is it such an effort to put together the right pieces when going out on a date? One Word... NERVE! no Two words... NERVE & FRIENDS! Yes, our nerves can get the better of us and completely cloud our sense of making the right decision and FRIENDS can sometimes give us their own inspiration that would simply work for.... Well, neither of us!

Now I am going to point out my

                           THOU SHALT NOTS!!!!!!!!!

(1)THOU SHALT NOT EXPOSE THE CRACK'ERS!
There is a reason why it is called the "Private part" and is locked indoors! Exposing your London bridge is NOT appealing at all. This look will take you from Confident to Skanky!
(2) THOU SHALT NOT GO "TOO SHORT ON THE SHORTS"
Date or not this is a look that one cannot overlook! Maybe you want to show the world what you've got. But if you wear such a thing that pushes Up North and your dunkies are hanging out, chances are the Short look is NOT FORYOU
(3)THOU SHALT NOT WEAR JEANS THAT ARE TORN ON THE WRONG PLACES!
I get it, he says your bum looks great. But if you ask me, I can swear he was talking about "Behind closed doors"! Fashion or Not, some things are just inappropriate and must be avoided whether your butt looks great or Not!
(4) THOU SHALT NOT MISTAKE A DATE FOR THE RUNWAY!
Simplicity is most of the time the best route to take. If you are a lady who likes to dress from the runway... Well, why not get something that suits the occasion? Most of the time, designers use the runway to show creativity and believe me some models Do pay the price!
(5) THOU SHALT NOT BE A "WALKING BILLBOARD"
This is NO JOKE! Having a label plastered all over you, only makes you a fashion victim and you know what the word Victim is! Even brand ambassadors don't do this. Wearing an expensive label is more a thing of feeling than show off and most of the time... only cheap or fake label clothing have brand names all over it

These Date fashion mistakes will only send the wrong vibes. Ask yourself if you make any of these mistakes and if you DO! Please come back and read about how to avoid them and what makeup and clothes will send the right signal.

Elizabeth Taylor Dead!!!

Elizabeth Taylor dealt with various health problems over the years, including issues regarding congestive chest failure. In February 2011, new symptoms related to congestive heart failure caused her to be admitted into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for treatment. On February 13, 2011, it was reported that she was being kept in the hospital for monitoring. The extraordinarily beautiful Elizabeth Taylor died on March 23, 2011 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California at the age of 79.

REST IN PEACE.

The Makeup Application Error that ruined your date

There is something strange about applying your makeup in front of a guy while on a "Date". Yes, I know you want to look as perfect as you did when you stepped out of the door on your way to the date. But the truth is, I have had the pleasure of  chatting with a lot of guys to hear what it is that they "Like" and what they "Don't like" about the girl that they're really into and the kind of makeup that she wears.

I have worked with a lot of women and can tell from the back of my hand what it is they worry about especially when going to meet a guy that they really, really like. Many women I have worked with mostly worry about  "How they can look beautiful and not have to worry about if their Foundation is running,  if their eyeshadow is creasing, or if the brilliant red lipstick they had on have left their lips when they placed a kiss on his cheeks, and the list goes on.....

I know you're probably thinking well... If this guy cannot accept me for who and what I am then what point is it? Perfectly understandable! But on a more realistic point of view, we live in a pretty competitive world today, and trust me... Dating is No different! Men have their demands and women are not saints when it comes to this. Let me go straight to the point.... Like Makeup Guru "Sam Fine" would say... Makeup is a personality. And a lot of the time... People DO judge the book by its cover!

Dating is tough for some people while some people really enjoy this phase of their lives. I know you want to give a good vibe and leave him with a positively lasting impression! So, I am going to tell you what you must avoid when applying your makeup so he doesn't judge you before giving you the chance to open your mouth.  Now, I am going to start with the...

                                                     "THOU SHALT NOTS"

1. THOU SHALT NOT LOOK LIKE YOU'RE GOING TO DANCE "FOR" A CLUB INSTEAD OF "IN" A CLUB LIKE MY FRIEND HERE.

2. THOU SHALT NOT LOOK LIKE YOU'RE PREPARING TO AUDITION FOR A "TWILIGHT MOVIE" (EVEN BELLA DID NOT LOOK THAT DRAMATIC FOR EDWARD)

3. THOUS SHALT STAY AWAY FROM THE SPELL OF THE RACCOON EYE

4. THOU SHALT NOT OVER INDULGE IN THE BRONZER LIKE LOVELY LADY HERE"

5. THOU SHALT NOT "OVER TWEEZERS" THE EYE BROWS. THERE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING GLAMOROUS ABOUT TRYING TO PULL OFF THE "EGG LOOK"

These 5 looks are inspirations from hell, i tell you. Take a second look at it and ask yourself if you are guilty of any. Then come back, as I write about what you must "DO" to avoid  some of these makeup mistakes and not allow your makeup to tell your date something that you clearly are NOT!
